Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel Concept
“Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel” is a hotel located within Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Spring, and just like “Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta(R)”, you can feel like you are staying in the park. is.
It is a park-integrated Disney hotel where you can enjoy your stay while feeling the atmosphere of Fantasy Springs, surrounded by a magical spring.
The category is scheduled to be the highest grade “luxury type” among Disney brand hotels, and is expected to be quite expensive.
Location of Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel
It is located in the “Fantasy Springs” under construction in the back of Tokyo DisneySea, between the attractions “Raging Spirits” and “Jasmine’s Flying Carpet”.
“Fantasy Springs” is a long and narrow site, but “Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel” is under construction at the far end.
Originally a parking lot, it is now in front of the Disney Resort Line “Bayside Station” station. Therefore, the nearest station is “Bayside Station” on the Disney Resort Line.
Google Maps already has an aerial photo of Fantasy Springs, including the location of the attractions.
The building on the left side of the map is the Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel. The U-shaped building at the top is the deluxe type “Fantasy Chateau,” which I will introduce later, and the bow-shaped building at the bottom is the luxury type “Grand Chateau.”
Earlier, I introduced that the hotel is located at the far end of Fantasy Springs, but it is located in a large area around the old parking lot, and is actually adjacent to the back of Toontown in Tokyo Disneyland(R).
With this layout, wouldn’t it be possible to enter Tokyo Disneyland from “Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel” in the future? It’s a position that makes you think.
Of course, Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel, like Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta(R), is a hotel located within the park, so you can enter Tokyo DisneySea directly from the hotel.
Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel Guest Rooms
What is unique about this hotel is that there are two buildings within the same hotel: the deluxe type “Fantasy Chateau” (diamond 1 in the photo) and the luxury type “Grand Chateau” (diamond 2 in the photo). The two buildings are built on the left and right with the entrance hall in between, and the buildings are independent.
“Fantasy Chateau” is a U-shaped building that surrounds a courtyard, and has guest rooms decorated with motifs of flora, fauna, and magical springs.
The “Grand Chateau” is located directly facing Fantasy Springs, and it seems that the “Grand Chateau” is the only room with a direct view of Fantasy Springs from the room.
It has 9 floors above ground and has 475 guest rooms. Tokyo Disneyland Hotel (R) has 706 guest rooms. Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta(R) has 502 rooms. They are roughly the same size.
What is noteworthy is that the Fantasy Chateau has 419 rooms and the Grand Chateau has 56 rooms, which is extremely small compared to the size of the building.
The “Grand Chateau” side seems to be a so-called all-suite type hotel. Therefore, if you want to stay in a room with a direct view of the park, you will probably have to stay in the expensive “Grand Chateau” side.
Room rates at Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel
Room rates at Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel have not been announced, but since Fantasy Springs Hotel is a luxury type of Disney hotel, the approximate price can be estimated from the room rates at other hotels.
Actual lodging prices vary considerably depending on the season, weekdays, and weekends, so it’s hard to make a general statement, but I’d like to use fall weekday prices as a general guideline.
Also, in the case of Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel, the room rates for “Fantasy Chateau” and “Grand Chateau” are likely to be completely different, so I think it would be better to consider them separately.
First of all, “Fantasy Chateau” is considered to be the same as a normal Disney hotel or slightly more expensive. A weekday night stay at the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel in September costs around 70,000 yen, and a room on the Tuscan side (a room on the side that doesn’t have a view of the park) at the Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta costs around 65,000 yen.
Therefore, the most reasonable room at Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel’s Fantasy Chateau would cost around 70,000 to 80,000 yen for a weekday night.
However, judging from the shape and location of the building, it seems that there are many rooms at Fantasy Chateau where the park cannot be seen from the guest rooms. There are probably rooms with a diagonal view of the park, rooms facing the courtyard (most likely), and the building extending to the entrance side (opposite to the park), so there are likely to be rooms where you can only see the outside of the park. is.
It seems better to compare the “Grand Chateau” with the suite room. A night at the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel on a weekday in September is about 300,000 to 500,000 yen, and at the Disney Ambassador (R) Hotel is about 150,000 to 300,000 yen.
Therefore, the “Grand Chateau” at Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel will start from around 200,000 yen for a weekday night, and the highest-end suite will exceed 500,000 yen.
Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel opening date and reservation start date
The opening date and reservation start date for Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel have not been announced, but we can guess to some extent from the reservation rules of other Disney hotels.
Disney hotel reservations start at 11:00 a.m. three months before your stay. The opening date of Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel has been announced in the spring of 2024, so assuming that it will open from April to June, the three months before the reservation start date will be from January to March.
Also, if it overlaps with the opening date of Tokyo Disneyland in April, it will cause confusion, so it seems that April should be avoided.
In any case, it seems that reservations will start in 2024, but there is one point that worries me. If Tokyo Disney Resort Vacation Packages are sold, reservations will begin earlier than this three months in advance, so there is a possibility that some reservations will begin in the winter of 2023.
Restaurants at Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel
Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel will have three restaurants and lounges overlooking the park.
Buffet restaurant “Fantasy Springs Restaurant” Photo 3 location
The largest restaurant is likely to be the buffet restaurant, Fantasy Springs Restaurant. A buffet restaurant decorated with paintings inspired by the Disney movies “Snow White,” “Rapunzel on the Tower,” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
It’s a buffet type restaurant, so if you stay overnight, you’ll probably eat here a lot.
Lobby lounge “Grand Paradis Lounge” Photo 4
This is a lounge that can be used as a lobby. The lounge is thought to be equivalent to the Dreamers Lounge at the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel(R), and you can see Fantasy Springs through the large circular windows.
Restaurant “La Liberure” Photo 5
The restaurant “La Liberure” is considered to be the main dining area. From the French word for dragonfly, it seems to be a table service French restaurant. Due to its location, it seems like you can see a panoramic view of Fantasy Springs from the dining hall.
It seems that you cannot use this unless you are staying at the luxury type “Grand Chateau” introduced earlier.
There are only 56 rooms in the “Grand Chateau”, so if an average of 3 people are staying in one room, only 168 people are staying. Considering it’s a French restaurant that only serves 168 people, I think it’s quite an expensive restaurant.
Gift shop “Fantasy Springs Gifts”
As for other facilities, a gift shop “Fantasy Springs Gift” will be opened at the location of Photo 1. This facility is a facility that can be used from within the park.
